Well the judges have made their call and selected the winners, below, in the 7th Annual Friends of Citizens Library amateur photography contest in Washington, Pa. The entries, judged in four categories, will be on display through the end of June 2011 at the library at 55 S. College St., where visitors can vote for a People's Choice Award.
